A Reader’s Guide To My Blog

I’m going to assume you’re a newbie in my blog because as far as I’m concerned, you don’t need guides for places you’ve always visited. So now I am required – and it is not optional – to welcome you to my blog. So, welcome! Stay there, grab a piece of cake or some popcorn and enjoy the show, or my blog.

Do’s and Don’ts:ย

  • Comments and feedback is very much appreciated. But go easy on those harsh critiques, I’m not an expert and it’s going to take a while for me to ignore those ‘hate’ mails – if you’re going to send one, please don’t.
  • Try not to laugh. This blog is run on caffeine and a bit of alcohol, so the things I’m going to write are purely from that little twirk somewhere in my brain.
  • Followers are welcome, of course. My followers are my best friends. So follow me if you want to be in our circle!
  • My imagination is boundless. I can go composing weird songs in my head to asking deep questions like ‘what’s the meaning of life?’, so again, please go easy on your critiques.
  • Sharing and quoting my blog isย veryย much okay with me but please take an extra effort to plug my blog as the source. You’re pirating an intellectual property, I can sue you. (But I probably won’t, so it’s up to you to give me credit for my work.)
  • Do NOT take this blog too seriously, especially rants, as I am a teenager with a fiend imagination.
  • In the early part of my blog, I was having a blog-dentity crisis. I was confused on what to blog about, so please I’ll be happy if you wont read my embarrassing raves and rants. Thanks!
  • My posting schedule is – sorry for cursing – fucked up. I post when I want to, but I try my best to update my blog as often as I can. Sometimes, I write several posts but I always draft them so I’m not going to spam my followers. Quality over quantity.
  • I have a lot of feelings.
  • If you do not like my blog, I’ll help you find your way to the exit. But please calm down.
  • For future business transactions, please email me at katrinalabra@gmail.com I’ll be waiting in my coffin.

Thank you.

You may now proceed to further read my blog.

  2. Your blog is great. I love the things you write about…and thank you for following and liking my posts. If we spoke more openly and frankly about life as you do, I wonder if the world would be as fucked up as it is. Walk tall and know you are an innovator!

  3. Thanks for liking my blog. I’m too old to follow yours really. But one thing we have in common is the study of the media. I gained my degree in Media and Communications in Glasgow.

I wish there had been the opportunity for blogs when I attended.

    Good luck with yours

It’s very well written. As a previous poster said, wish I had your eloquenc and articulation when I was your age.

    Regards.

We are all artistically challenged. It just depends on whether you rise to meet that challenge! Thank you for liking “Gold”. I like your blog as well.

  5. Thanks for the like. I hope something I wrote made you smile, or laugh, or laugh at me.
Anyway thanks again and don’t let any harsh critics get you down. Remember those who can, do. Those who can’t, criticize.

  6. Wow! What an aosis of eloquence and humour you are! You can surely make the world go round. I am happy that you also found something interesting about my own blog, and you were actually the first follower to “Like” it, and tell you what, I feel like you have endorsed it. Mind though that mine is still under construction but surely taking shape! Happy blogging!

  7. Hey, I really like your blog however, I like to read blogs from the beginning and I am having a rough time getting to that. The scrolling on this one takes a half hour. ๐Ÿ™‚ That’s okay though, I’m sure it’s worth the wait.

    1. Hey stillstrange. Thanks so much! I’m sorry I didn’t know it takes that much time to load. I’ll try to look for themes with a better scrolling option. Thanks for the info. ๐Ÿ™‚

  8. In responding to your apology blog that I cannot find- I would encourage you to flow with it. I’ve found writing comes in spurts of both text and digestion time. Sometimes chewing your cud (or a chocolate bar) is the best thing for your soul so relax and go with it no guilt required.
Good to hear from you tho

    1. Oh thank yo so much!

Apparently, my post ‘An apology’ got deleted for no reason at all. But good thing I got it covered with google researches and everything that I am completely unaware I’m capable of. If you wanna read it or something, it’s up now on my blog. Thanks. Again. ๐Ÿ™‚
